Staying Centered in Your Authentic Self

I think when we use the words authentic Self it implies a judgment on the Self.  The Self is our beingness in its totality.  It runs the gamut of what we consider to be good or bad.  Our Self is all that. The aspects of Love and Peace is our nature.  When we harmonize our thought to love and peace we are in our center or Heart.  The Self does not have to be on display, and these qualities are reflect in a life of ease.  Finding peace in any situation that life brings to your doorstep.
Love is the great healer and when we consciously make Love our way of being the motion of life become joy.  See love in every face, keep love in all your thoughts and the only thing you know is love and that is all that can come back to you.  The truth of abundance is the more love you give, the more love you have to give.  Give yourself the gift of a heart-centered psychology and walk in your power as a Spiritual Being.

The need for compassionate thinking

With all that is currently going on in Japan and around the world, we  must have more conscious compassionate thinking and thoughts.   Our thoughts are not in isolation, and what we think vibrates around the world.  Upheavals in the mind, are being reflected by the upheavals we see in nature.  As we are reminded that we are Spiritual Beings, and peace and love are our true natures, just by remembering who we are can help create the change to more harmonious living on the planet Earth.

Let send Love and thoughts of Goodwill  to the people of Japan.  Think with compassion for all who are suffering

 

Sometime it seems we move so Far Away from our soul.  Give yourself permission to come back home.  The soul is where the love is and don't be so Far Away.

Taking your Power

So many times we hear about taking our power back.  Our power is so subtly given away we don't realize it is gone.  We are all very powerful Divine Beings.  Once we start to think this way, we will see the power of our ability to create whatever is needed in life.  Everything we choose to whine about something we gave away our power. The churches, doctors and corporate institutions all take away our power.  They set up to play God and then we negate the Gods within us all.  The power of the Divine Spark lives and you realize this, your life changes and you can create a life full of beauty and Joy.
